Concerning Hapag-Lloyd’s previous Customer news regarding the Temporary Measures of Empty Containers Pick-up before the Chinese New Year holiday, they would like to provide customers with another update. With effect from 5th March 2021, all equipment types and all China ports will have their empty container pick-up window adjusted back to normal.

French box line CMA CGM starts block train service from Mundra to Panipat. French container shipping line CMA CGM S A and Dubai's logistics company DP World have teamed up to run a weekly block train service linking Mundra port in Gujarat with the inland container depot (ICD) run by D P World at Panipat in Haryana.

Following its exit from the European Union on December 31, the UK has changed its phytosanitary legislation. It has exempted all countries, including SA, Eswatini, and Zimbabwe, from presenting a citrus phytosanitary certificate [PC] for imports into the country.

In regards to Customs Tariff Act, 1975, as amended from time to time, Customs Tariff (identification assessment and collection of countervailing duty on subsidized articles and determination of injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, the Designated Authority makes some correction in the Final notification issued vide notification No. 06/13/2019- DGTR dated 11th December 2020, in regards to the anti-subsidy investigation.
