Reconsignment
A change in the place of delivery, including, but not limited to, a chance to pick up at Carrier's terminal. Re-consignment refers to changing the destination, in the router, point of delivery, or consignee in the original bill of lading (B/L) while the shipment is still in transit and has not reached the destination.
